  • 2 large zucchinis
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive or avocado oil

How to make Foolproof Zucchini Noodles

  1. Use a spiralizer to spiralize the zucchinis.
  2. Place the noodles in a large bowl lined with cheesecloth and sprinkle with the sea salt. Let the noodles sit for about 15 minutes, then wrap the cheesecloth around the noodles and squeeze out all the excess liquid.
  3. Heat the olive or avocado oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the noodles, tossing frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat to heat the zucchini through. Serve immediately.
