Stewed Cabbage Recipe - This recipe is awesome and super delicious. It can be served with rice and any other food of your choice

Stewed Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients

  • 13 ounces cabbage
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • ¼ chile pepper
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ½ cup dill, chopped

How to make Stewed Cabbage:

  1. Wash the cabbage and chop it into tiny pieces.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped cabbage with the salt, paprika, and basil and mix well using your hands.
  3. Transfer the chopped cabbage in the pressure cooker. Add tomato juice, olive oil, and chopped dill.
  4. Chop the chile pepper and red bell pepper. Add the vegetables to the pressure cooker and mix well.
  5. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook the dish on «Sauté” mode for 30 minutes.
  6. When the dish is cooked, let it rest briefly and serve.
