Sriracha Carrots Recipe - This is an easy vegetable dish perfect for any day or holiday. Honey and sriracha go together like jelly and butter. Sriracha has enough amount of tang and spice to flavor the carrots but it’s good to use honey if you want to turn that flavor into a glaze that is perfect.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup dill
  • 1-pound carrots
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

How to make Sriracha carrots

  1. Wash the carrots, peel them, and slice them. Set the pressure cooker to Sauté mode. Pour the olive oil into the pressure cooker and add the sliced carrots.
  2. Sprinkle the vegetables with the oregano and dill. Sauté the dish for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Sprinkle the carrot with Erythritol, water, and sriracha. Mix well.
  4. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook the dish on Pressure mode for 2 minutes.
  5. When the cooking time ends, release the remaining pressure and open the pressure cooker lid. Transfer the carrots to a serving plate.
