Raspberry Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Erythritol
  • 1 egg; whisked
  • 1 tbsp. butter; melted
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

How to make Raspberry Dump Cake

  1. Combine together all the dry ingredients. Then add egg, almond milk, and butter
  2. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Stir the mixture well. You have to get a liquid batter.
  3. Place the layer of the raspberries in the silicone mold. Pour batter over the raspberries
  4. Place the mold on the rack and insert it into Ninja Foodi basket.
  5. Close the air fryer lid and set Bake mode. Cook the cake for 30 minutes at 350 Degrees F.
  6. When the cake is cooked; chill it well. Turn upside down and transfer on the serving plate
