Pumpkin Pie Recipe - This is a best homemade pumpkin pie. You can make it with fresh or canned pumpkin puree. It is so easy to make and looks really good.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg; whisked
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. liquid stevia
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin spices
  • ½ tsp. baking powder

How to make Pumpkin Pie

  1. Melt the butter and combine it together with the heavy cream, apple cider vinegar, liquid stevia, egg, and baking powder
  2. Add pumpkin puree and coconut flour. Now, add pumpkin spices and stir the batter until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter in Ninja Foodi basket and lower the air fryer lid
  4. Set the “Bake” mode 360 Degrees F. Cook the pie for 25 minutes. When the time is over; let the pie chill till the room temperature.
