Mongolian Beef Recipe - The Mongolian Beef is sweet, crispy and filled with garlic flavors. it is tender and easy to make.

Mongolian Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1½ pounds grass-fed flank steak, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup powdered Erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 scallions, chopped

How to make Mongolian Beef

  1. In a large bowl, add the flank steak and gelatin powder and toss to coat.
  2. In another bowl, add the remaining ingredients except scallion and stir to combine.
  3. In the pot of Ninja Foodi, place the steak and top with oil mixture evenly.
  4. Close the Ninja Foodi with crisping lid and select Slow Cooker.
  5. Set on High for 3 hours.
  6. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Serve hot with the garnishing of scallions.
