Mint Cake

Mint Cake Recipe - This cake is very delicious, it is a mint flavored, moist and dense cake with frosting of vanilla buttercream.

Mint Cake recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Erythritol
  • 2 eggs; whisked
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. lemon zest; grated
  • 1 tsp. dried mint
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

How to make Mint Cake

  1. In the mixing bowl mix up together all the ingredients. Use the cooking machine to make the soft batter from the mixture
  2. Pour the batter in the Ninja Foodie basket and flatten it well. Close the pressure cooker lid and set Pressure mode. Seal the lid
  3. Cook the cake on Low pressure for 55 minutes. Then lower the air fryer lid and set Air Crisp mode
  4. Cook the cake for 7 minutes more at 400 Degrees F. Chill the cake well and serve!
