Meatloaf Recipe -  This is quite good and takes very little time to make. It’s a recipe that anybody shouldn’t fail to make because it is very easy and tasty.

Meatloaf Recipe


  • 2 cups, ground beef
  • 1 cup, ground chicken
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tablespoon, salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon, paprika
  • 1 tablespoon, butter
  • 1 teaspoon, cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon, basil
  • ¼ cup, fresh dill
  • breadcrumbs

How to make Meatloaf

  1. Combine chicken with ground beef in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add egg, salt, ground black pepper, paprika, butter, cilantro, and basil.
  3. Chop the dill and add it to the ground meat mixture and stir using your hand.
  4. Place the meat mixture on an aluminum foil and add breadcrumbs before wrapping it.
  5. Place it in a pressure cooker and close its lid. Cook the dish on sauté mode and cook for 40 minutes.
  6. When the cooking time ends, remove your meatloaf from the cooker and allow it to cool.
  7. Unwrap the foil, slice it, and serve.
