Marinated Roasted Mushrooms Recipe - These can be roasted to perfection or tossed in a flavorful vinaigrette. For only 30 minutes, savory them over roasted mushrooms.

Marinated Roasted Mushrooms Recipe


  • 10 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ounce’s bay leaf
  • ¼ teaspoon black-eyed peas
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to make Marinated Roasted Mushrooms

  1. Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Slice the vegetables and sprinkle them with the black-eyed peas. Add the bay leaf and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Chop the mushrooms and place them in the onion mixture. Add the sea salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes. Set the pressure cooker to Sauté mode. Pour the olive oil in the pressure cooker and add the mushroom mixture.
  4. Close the pressure cooker lid and Sauté the dish for 13 minutes.
  5. When the cooking time ends, open the pressure cooker lid and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mushrooms to serving bowls.
