Ginger Cookies Recipe - These are soft and big gingerbread cookies. Even after making them, they always stay soft

Ginger Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 3 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking powder

How to make Ginger Cookies

  1. Beat the egg in the bowl and whisk it gently. Add baking powder, Erythritol, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, heavy cream, and flour
  2. Stir gently and add butter, Knead the non-sticky dough. Roll up the dough with the help of the rolling pin and make the cookies with the help of the cutter.
  3. Place the cookies in the basket in one layer and close the lid. Set the Bake mode and cook the cookies for 14 minutes at 350 Degrees F
  4. When the cookies are cooked; let them chill well and serve!
