  • 1 pound, garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon, salt
  • 1 cup, cream
  • ½ cup, almond milk
  • 5 servings, water
  • 1 teaspoon, basil
  • 1 teaspoon, oregano
  • ½ teaspoon, fresh lemon juice
  • 6 oz, turnip
  • 1 teaspoon, ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, butter

How to make Garlic Cream Soup

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them.
  2. Combine cream with almond milk and in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add basil, oregano, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ground black pepper.
  4. Peel the turnips and chop them.
  5. Add the chopped turnips to the cream mixture.
  6. Put the cream mixture in a pressure cooker.
  7. Add the sliced garlic and butter.
  8. Close the pressure cooker lid having set it to Slow Cook mode.
  9. Cook the soup for 3 hours or until all the soup ingredient softens.
  10. Remove your soup from the strain cooker and blend it with a blender until smooth.
  11. Ladle the soup to serving bowls and enjoy.
