Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon, basil
  • 1 teaspoon, cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon, onion powder
  • 5 tablespoon, organic olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon, paprika

How to make Dried Tomatoes

  1. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
  2. Combine cilantro with basil and paprika. Stir well.
  3. Place the sliced tomatoes in the pressure cooker and add the spice mixture.
  4. Add organic olive oil and close the lid.
  5. Cook the dish on slow mode for 8 hours.
  6. When the cooking time ends, the tomatoes should be semi-dry. Remove them from the pressure cooker.
  7. Serve your dried tomatoes warm.
