  • 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 9 ounces of chicken’s skin
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of organic essential olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

How to make Crunchy Chicken Skin

  1. Combine black pepper with chili flakes and paprika. Stir.
  2. Combine the mixture with chicken skin and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and add butter.
  4. Immediately the butter melts, add the chicken skin and sauté it for 10 minutes while stirring frequently. When the chicken skin gets crunchy, take it off from the pressure cooker and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oils.
  5. Serve warm.
