Coconut Porridge Recipe - A natural delicious sweet and creamy porridge free from refined sugar and dairy and gluten free. You can add your preferred toppings to it to flavor it more.

  • 1 cup, chia seeds
  • ½ cup, raisins
  • ½ cup, coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons, butter
  • ½ teaspoon, ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon, vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup, almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons, Erythritol

How to make Coconut Porridge

  1. Combine coconut cream with almond milk in a bowl.
  2. Add ground ginger, vanilla extract, and Erythritol and mix them well.
  3. Add butter and stir the mixture again.
  4. Chop the raisins.
  5. Transfer the coconut cream mixture in the pressure cooker.
  6. Add Chia seeds and chopped fruit. Stir it.
  7. Close the cooker’s lid and set it to Slow Cook mode. Cook for quarter-hour.
  8. When the porridge is cooked, open the pressure cooker lid and stir it gently.
  9. Transfer the coconut porridge into serving bowls and enjoy.
