Cheese Soup Recipe - This cheese soup is very flavorful and great at special gatherings or luncheons. Making this soup, add 1 cup of white wine, sliced mushrooms, onions and many more.

Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces, broccoli
  • ½ cup, parsley
  • 10 ounces, beef brisket
  • 1 teaspoon, salt
  • 1 tablespoon, sour cream
  • 7 portions, water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup, green beans
  • 10 ounces, cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon, cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon, ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup, coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon, fresh lemon juice

How to make Cheese Soup

  1. Place broccoli, beef brisket, green beans, and salt in a pressure cooker.
  2. Peel the carrot and chop it.
  3. Add chopped carrot and water to the cooker’s content.
  4. Close the lid and cook the dish on Pressure mode for half an hour.
  5. Remove the cooker’s pressure and open its lid. Remove the beef brisket and set aside. Blend them until they smoothen.
  6. Return the pressure pan on the cooker again.
  7. Pour in sour cream, cilantro, ground black pepper, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  8. Chop the parsley and coriander leaves. Add them to the soup.
  9. Grate cheddar cheese and pour it in the soup. Cook for 10 minutes.
  10. Remember, the cheese should have melted at the end of the cooking time.
  11. Mix the soup until you obtain a smooth texture.
  12. Remove it from the pressure cooker and add beef brisket.
  13. Ladle the cheese soup to bowls and enjoy.
