  • 13 ounces Brussels sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil  

How to make Brussel Sprouts

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts and place them in the pressure cooker.
  2. Combine the salt, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and thyme and mix well. Sprinkle the Brussels sprouts with the spice mixture and stir it well.
  3. Add olive oil, butter, and chicken stock. Set the pressure cooker to Pressure mode. Close the pressure cooker lid Cook at for 4 minutes.
  4. When the cooking time ends, release the pressure and open the pressure cooker lid.
  5. Transfer the cooked dish to serving bowls.
