  • 1 oz. dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

How to make Brownie Batter

  1. Place the almond flour in the springform pan and flatten to make the layer. Then place the springform pan in the pot and lower the air fryer lid
  2. Cook the almond flour for 3 minutes at 400 Degrees F or until the almond flour gets a golden color.
  3. Meanwhile, combine together cocoa powder and heavy cream; whisk the heavy cream until smooth
  4. Add vanilla extract and Erythritol. Remove the almond flour from Ninja Foodi and chill well.
  5. Toss butter and dark chocolate in the pot and preheat for 1 minute on Sauté mode
  6. When the butter is soft; add it in the heavy cream mixture. Then add chocolate and almond flour. Stir the mass until homogenous and serve!
