How to make Breakfast Yogurt

  1. Pour the almond milk in the pressure cooker and close the lid.
  2. Set the pressure cooker mode to Slow Cook and boil the milk for 30 minutes or until it hits 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Remove the milk from pressure cooker and cool it to 100 F.
  4. Add the plain Greek yogurt and blend well.
  5. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Stir the yogurt gently with a wooden spoon and pour it into serving bowls.
