Beef with Bell Peppers

Beef and bell peppers always compliment each other perfectly and this recipe is no exception.

Beef with Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ pounds grass-fed boneless beef, cubed
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 3 large green bell peppers, seeded and cubed
  • ½ cup homemade beef broth

How to make Beef with Bell Peppers

  1. Select Sauté/Sear setting of Ninja Foodi and place the oil into the pot.
  2. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking and heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. With a slotted spoon, transfer the beef into a bowl.
  5. In the pot, stir in the onion and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Press Start/Stop to stop cooking and stir in the cooked beef and remaining ingredients.
  7. Close the Ninja Foodi with crisping lid and select Slow Cooker.
  8. Set on Low for 8 hours.
  9. Serve hot.
