Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff Recipe - This recipe is such a hit given its tender beef chunks that are creamy, nutritious and full of flavor.

Beef Stroganoff Recipe


  • 1-pound grass-fed beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

How to make Beef Stroganoff

  1. Select Sauté/Sear setting of Ninja Foodi and place the oil into the pot.
  2. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking and heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the onions and garlic and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Press Start/Stop to stop cooking and stir I the beef, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and water.
  5. Close the Ninja Foodi with the pressure lid and place the pressure valve to Seal position.
  6. Select Pressure and set to High for 20 minutes.
  7. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  8. Switch the valve to Vent and do a Natural release.
  9. Select Sauté/Sear setting of Ninja Foodi and stir in the sour cream.
  10. Slowly, add in the xanthan gum, stirring continuously until well combined.
  11. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.
  12. Press Start/Stop to stop cooking and serve hot.
