Beef Jerky Recipe - This recipe is filled with protein and other nutrients. It is tender given that it slowly cooks for a long time. The taste is of course amazing!

Beef Jerky Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Erythritol
  • Salt, as required
  • 1½ pounds grass-fed beef eye of round, cut in ¼-inch slices

How to make Beef Jerky Recipe

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients except beef and beat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. In a large resealable plastic bag, place the beef slices and marinade.
  3. Seal the bag and rub to coat.
  4. Refrigerate to marinate overnight.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and strain the beef slices discarding the marinade.
  6. Place the beef slices into Cook & Crisp Basket in a single layer.
  7. Arrange the Cook & Crisp Basket in the pot of Ninja Foodi.
  8. Close the Ninja Foodi with crisping lid and Select Dehydrate.
  9. Set the temperature to 155 degrees F for 7 hours.
  10. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
