Avocado Mousse

Avocado Mousse Recipe - This recipe works as an alternative to making guacamole or condiment on sandwiches and make a great dipping sauce. It is also silky smooth.

Avocado Mousse Recipe


  • 2 avocados, peeled, cored
  • 3 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. of cocoa powder

How to make Avocado Mousse
  1. Preheat Ninja Foodi at “Sauté” mode for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mash the avocado until smooth and mix it up with Erythritol
  2. Place the butter in the pot and melt. Add mashed avocado mixture and stir well.
  3. Add cocoa powder and stir until homogenous. Sauté the mixture for 3 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, whisk the heavy cream on high speed for 2 minutes. Transfer the cooked avocado mash in the bowl and chill in ice water.
  5. When the avocado mash reaches room temperature; add whisked heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir gently to get white-chocolate swirls
  6. Transfer the mousse into small cups and chill for 4 hours in the fridge.
