Tangy Pulled Beef Recipe - This hearty and hot recipe is good for dinner stew. It has become popular in many parts of the world and you can use your favorite vegetable as it goes well with vegetables!

Tangy Pulled Beef Recipe


  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
  • 2 pounds grass-fed beef chuck roast, cubed

How to make Tangy Pulled Beef

  1. For sauce: in a bowl, add all the ingredients except the oil, jalapeño pepper and roast and beat until well combined.
  2. Select Sauté/Sear setting of Ninja Foodi and place the oil into the pot.
  3. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking and heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add, add the jalapeño pepper and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the chuck roast and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking and place the sauce on top.
  7. Close the Ninja Foodi with the pressure lid and place the pressure valve to Seal position.
  8. Select Pressure and set to High for 30 minutes.
  9. Press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  10. Switch the valve to Vent and do a Natural release.
  11. With 2 forks, shred the meat and mix with sauce.
  12. Serve immediately.
