Parmesan Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

How to make Parmesan Tilapia

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except tilapia fillets and cilantro.
  2. Coat the fillets with mayonnaise mixture evenly.
  3. Place the filets over a large piece of foil.
  4. Wrap the foil around fillets to seal them.
  5. Arrange the foil packet in the bottom of Ninja Foodi.
  6. Close the Ninja Foodi with crisping lid and select Slow Cooker.
  7. Set on Low for 3-4 hours.
  8. Press “Start/Stop” to begin cooking.
  9. Serve hot with the garnishing of cilantro.
