Lime and Chicken Chili is the ideal recipe for a cold night. The taste is spiced up by the green chilies.

Lime and Chicken Chili Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cooking wine
  • ½ cup organic chicken broth
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 lbs. chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 3 chopped green chilies

How to make Lime and Chicken Chili

  1. Set your Ninja-Foodi to Sauté mode and add onion and garlic
  2. Sauté for 3 minutes, add remaining ingredients
  3. Lock lid and cook on Medium-HIGH pressure for 20 minutes
  4. Release pressure naturally over 10 minutes
  5. Serve and enjoy!
