  • 2 pounds grass-fed boneless beef
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • ½ cup homemade beef broth

How to make Garlicky Pulled Beef

  1. With a sharp knife, make 4 deep cuts in different places of beef.
  2. Press the garlic cloves into each cut.
  3. In the pot of Ninja Foodi, place the onion slices and top with the beef.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and top with the broth.
  5. Close the Ninja Foodi with crisping lid and select Slow Cooker.
  6. Set on Low for 8-10 hours.
  7. Press “Start/Stop” to begin cooking.
  8. With 2 forks, shred the meat and serve hot.
