Chicken Jerky Recipe - This recipe can be taken as a snack or a dessert. It takes quiet a long time to get ready but it is worth the wait.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • ½ lb. chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. onion powders
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

How to make Chicken Jerky

  1. Set all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and seal shut. Shake to mix and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Lay the strips on the dehydrator trays, being careful not to overlap them
  3. Place the cook and crisp lid on and set the temperature for 135 degrees for 7 hours. Once done, store in an airtight container.
