BBQ Chicken - There’s something about BBQ that gets many people coming back to it. This BBQ chicken recipe is so tasty and full of sweet flavors from its ingredients such as paprika, hot sauce, onion and others.

BBQ Chicken Recipe


  • 1½ lbs. chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ground paprika
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsps. vinegar

How to make BBQ Chicken

  1. Turn the Ninja Foodi unto sauté and add olive oil. Add in chicken thighs and sear on each side for 2 minutes.
  2. Spread pepper and salt to the chicken and then add all the remaining ingredients to the pot
  3. Cover the Ninja Foodi and use the pressure cooker function to cook the chicken for 15 minutes under high heat pressure.
  4. Release the pressure using a natural steam release and then use 2 forks to pull the chicken apart. Serve warm and chilled
