Spinach Quiche Recipe - This recipe is easy to prepare, a fluffy quiche and very tasty. You will definitely love it. You can as well substitute spinach for any frozen or fresh vegetable.

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 pack frozen spinach, thawed
  • 5 organic eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

How to make Spinach Quiche

  1. Set your Ninja Foodi to Saute mode and let it heat up, add butter and let the butter melt
  2. Add spinach and Saute for 3 minutes, transfer the Sautéed spinach to a bowl
  3. Add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix it well
  4. Transfer the mixture to greased quiche molds and transfer the mold to your Foodi
  5. Close lid and choose the “Bake/Roast” mode and let it cook for 30 minutes at 360 degrees F
  6. Once done, open lid and transfer the dish out. Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
