Scrambled Tofu and Onion Recipe - This a great meal to spice up your mornings with. The tender onions give it a sweet aroma and the cheese make it yummy.

Scrambled Tofu and Onion Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tofu blocks, pressed and cubed in to 1-inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 medium onions, sliced

How to make Scrambled Tofu and Onion

  1. Take a bowl and add tofu, season with salt and pepper
  2. Set your Foodi to Saute mode and add butter, let it melt
  3. Add onions and Saute for 3 minutes. Add seasoned tofu and cook for 2 minutes more
  4. Add cheddar and gently stir
  5. Lock the lid and bring down the Air Crisp mode, let the dish cook on “Air Crisp” mode for 3 minutes at 340 degrees F. Once done, take the dish out, serve and enjoy!
