  • 1 pack, 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¾ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Crushed red pepper

How to make Scrambled Cheese and Broccoli

  1. Add butter and broccoli to your Ninja Foodi
  2. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste
  3. Set the Ninja to Medium Pressure mode and let it cook for about 10 minutes, covered, making sure to keep stirring the broccoli from time to time
  4. Take a medium sized bowl and add crack in the eggs, beat the eggs gently
  5. Pour milk into the eggs and give it a nice stir
  6. Add the egg mixture into the Ninja over broccoli and gently stir, cook for 2 minutes, uncovered
  7. Once the egg has settled in, add cheese and sprinkle red pepper, black pepper, and salt
  8. Enjoy with bacon strips if you prefer!
