Broccoli Casserole Recipe


  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1-pound broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1-pound cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 and ½ cup shredded Gouda cheese, divided

How to make Broccoli Casserole

  1. Pre-heat your Ninja Foodi by setting it to Saute mode
  2. Add olive oil and let it heat up, add broccoli and cauliflower
  3. Take a medium bowl stir in almond flour, coconut milk, nutmeg, pepper, 1 cup cheese and add the mixture to your Ninja Foodi
  4. Top with ½ cup cheese and lock lid, cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
  5. Release pressure naturally over 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
