Best Biscoff Waffles Recipe - Delicious brown sugar waffles with a Biscoff Sauce on top!

Biscoff Waffles Recipe


  • 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup of light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten and separated
  • 1 ¾ cups of buttermilk
  • ¼ cup of Biscoff spread
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla

Biscoff Sauce
  • ¼ cup of Biscoff spread
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • Lotus biscuits, crushed, to top

How to make Biscoff Waffles

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. To make the sauce, simple mix together the milk and Biscoff spread until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add the flour, light brown sugar, dash of salt, baking powder and soda. Mix well until mixed.
  4. Add in the egg yolks, Biscoff spread, buttermilk, oil and pure vanilla. Stir until moist.
  5. In a bowl, add the egg whites. Beat till peaks begin to form on the surface. Add the egg whites in & fold gently.
  6. Preheat a waffle iron to med heat. Grease & then pour 4tbsp of the batter in. Cover & cook for 5 mins/until the waffles are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining waffle batter.
  7. Serve with fresh cream, Biscoff sauce, and crushed Lotus biscuits!
